Baldangroup, Europe’s leading company in the beauty industry, with 280 representatives in the aesthetic, pharmaceutical, and medical division, is now looking for an experienced salesperson to join our growing team in Colorado, New York and Texas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive brand development by promoting and selling Baldangroup’s aesthetic products and technologies.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities among medical clinics, pharmacies, and beauty centers in the assigned territory.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Analyze market trends to identify potential clients and expand the company’s footprint.
- Monitor and enhance after-sales performance to maximize client retention and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably B2B sales within the aesthetics industry.
- Experience in conducting in-person client visits or online demonstrations is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience is desirable, particularly in selling aesthetic products or devices.
- An existing network of industry contacts is a significant advantage.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in and suitability for remote work.
- Experience using tools like Mapsly and CRM platforms (e.g., Force Manager) is a plus.
What We Offer:
We offer a flexible and rewarding compensation structure designed to support your career goals.
Freelance Opportunities: Earn a 20% commission on sales, with fuel and gas expense coverage.
Employment Opportunities:
- Option 1: $30,000 annual base salary + expenses, with 7% commission paid monthly.
- Option 2: $50,000 annual base salary + expenses, with 2% commission paid monthly and an additional 2% bonus if the annual target of $680,000 (12 machines sold) is achieved.
The minimum target is $544,000 (8 machines sold and invoiced per year). If you achieve the $680,000 target, you w ill earn a 2% bonus at the end of the year.
