Baldan Group is a European leader in the beauty, pharmaceutical, and medical aesthetics industries, with over 280 sales representatives across Europe. As we continue our international expansion, we are now entering the Finnish market and seeking ambitious Business Development Specialists to join our team in Finland.
We strongly believe in rewarding results. This role includes a generous 20% commission structure, with the possibility of a commission advance (an advance on commission), designed to keep motivation and earnings high.
Position Overview
The Business Development Specialist (BDS) will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting Baldan Group’s cutting-edge aesthetic technologies and products. You will collaborate with aesthetic clinics, pharmacies, wellness centers, and beauty institutes across Finland to grow brand presence and increase product adoption.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and expand a client base across the assigned Finnish territory.
- Promote and sell Baldan Group’s portfolio of aesthetic devices and consumables.
- Conduct regular in-person and virtual client meetings.
- Support clients with treatment menu optimization, marketing events, and business growth strategies.
- Train clients on product usage protocols and profitability techniques.
- Drive additional sales opportunities within existing accounts.
- Keep CRM platforms updated with all client interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with technical and training teams for seamless installations and onboarding.
- Ensure timely and professional responses to client needs and inquiries.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or medical sectors.
- Proven track record of business development within clinics, med-spas, or pharmacies.
- Familiarity with tools such as Mapsly and CRM systems (e.g., Force Manager).
- Strong communication and presentation skills; excellent negotiator.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout Finland.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Fluency in Finnish and/or Swedish, with strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Existing network in the Finnish aesthetic and wellness industry is a major advantage.
